Thomas's Story
Life
After high school, I enrolled at Delta College and later graduated from Northwestern Michigan College.
I was in the U.S. Armed Forces in the late 1970's, and moved to northern Michigan in 1981, where I met Kathy, and we were married in 1982. We own our own home, and we have 2 dogs (boxers) named Chip and Dottie.
I work for a supermarket chain, and I was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, where I was a Weather Specialist.
I enjoy traveling on old highways, and writing history, fiction, and poetry, to name a few.
College
I commuted to Delta College, but I did have a circle of friends that I got along with, two of them being Marcia and Cheryl, meeting in the cafeteria between classes. Some classes that I liked were College Arithmetic, Algebra, Speech, and Creative Writing.
At Northwestern Michigan College (Travers...Expand for more

Workplace
From yard maintenence, blue collar jobs, to the U.S. Armed Forces, I found my permanent job with a supermarket chain called Tom's Food Market. What I like about it is that I get along quite well with my co-workers. This is much better for me from my school days, because, even though some of my peers treated me kindly, far too many others seemed to have it in for me (teasing, impractical jokes, poor sportsmanship in phys ed., and cliques).
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Doug Brown, because he was the only one who sat with me in the cafeteria..
