Thomas's Story
I almost made it through the four years at Xavier, but left in the middle of the senior year and eventually graduated from Newton High School. After high school, I worked in an auto body shop, as a mechanic in several garages, drove tow trucks, and even spent a short time driving a tractor-trailer cross-country. ge nights and worked as a dispatcher for AAA while going to school. Married way too young (age 20) but that gave me two great kids and now grandchildren. By 1982 I had received a BA from Boston College and got started as an accountant eventually earning my CPA license. In 1987 I went back to Boston College and earned a Master's degree in Finance.
