Tim's Story
Left home in 78 to join Armed Forces ,got to West Germany drove Recce track Drove and gunned tanks then went on to 5 ton cargo trucks .Came back in 82 to Armour School in NB drove Light track and tanks for 2 yrs and found the Love of my Life got Hitched and then back to Germany for 3yrs again doing same old stuff ,travelled around a bit with Marg then back to NB again at the School . Got to experience a more relaxed Home life in Canada for 2yrs then again back to Lahr for another 5yrs . hat really mattered in life as a person and a Canadian . After knocking around Europe we came back to Calgary to get a Western perspective on living I was a Barrack Warden which is like Hotel Manager till 97 never quite got used to that Calgary weather . We left there and went up the road to Edmonton where the wear and tear of Army Service finally took its toll and I was Medically Released in 02 .Things were a little tight now as I couldn't really work then the Light of My Life left me due to Pneaumonia she caught while in Hospital for something else . Now 3yrs later here I am with our Cat Molly who God Bless her does the best to give me purpose day to day .
