Tim's Story

I want to say first off... To ANYONE I may have bullied, fought, or was just a JERK to... I am TRUELY VERY SORRY. I've been reminded of my not so kind past. I must have put that out of my mind bcuz I was suprised to hear of some of my behaviors. I am DEFINATLY NOT that person anymore. If I hurt you, please write me so I may formally apoligize. I did have my good sides too. I often stood up for the underdog as well. Today (and since after school) I have worked hard and raised a wonderful family. I worked a few odd "kid" jobs. Then I spent 20 yrs doing factory work at Weil McLain in BH. Now, due to injuries, I am unable to work. I spent a few years living on Magician Lake in Sister Lakes. Then, b4 my 1st son was born, we bought a home in Coloma. I then had a daughter. Divorce then ended what we all plan. To be happily married with children. Divorce is normaly not good for children. We made that statement untrue. My X and I strived to keep it from hurting our children. While we could no longer live together, we made extreme efforts to show the kids that mom & dad can still work together to help them grow up without fighting parents in their lives. Our children have thanked us for making their lives better. They are grown now and very well adjusted, productive young adults of our future. HOWEVER.. due to this thing we all love and call the internet... I met my present wife Sheryl. I did have to "Import" her from New Hampshire... lol Sheryl is younger than me and wanted children. her X made a string of broken promises and in the end, said no to children. His loss, my gain! Sheryl 37 and me 49 now have a wonderful lil man aged 4. Hunter is what helps me keep moving.. OHH does he keep me moving..LOL But i wouldnt change it for anything. Im happier than i ever imagined i could be! I would LOVE to hear from ANY of the awesome ppl of BHHS!!!!! We dont even have to know each other.. Race and sex do not matter either. I raised my kids to NOT be predjudice and my wife has no probs with me talking with the opposite sex. (YEA, I'm STILL a MAN...LOL).. But seriously ppl, Write me! I'd very much enjoy talking with old friends. And VERY MUCH would enjoy meeting NEW FRIENDS! Hmm, I ONLY have 17807 characters remaining to use up here... What to talk about?? My injuries... They occured from working in the factory. We did piece work there. For those that are not familiar with pc work. Its kinda like this.. for example... if the company wants 25 parts made per hour, and I run 50 per hr instead... They pay me double.. Its Called double time or anything in between.. We were only allowed to turn in double, no more. So I spent 20 yrs trying my best to make double time for every minute there.. I did a darn good job of making that double time. Plus, the quality of my work was impecable.. I was very proud of my work!! Its how i raised my kids. I always told them.. No matter what job you have... Give it your best! If you sweep floors.. Be the B...Expand for more
EST Darn floor sweeper you can be! Its worked well for them... Im very proud of my kids! The youngest daughter is new to the work force, so Im not certain of how well she enjoys her work. Fingers crossed. But i do have faith that she will be awesome! Her older brother is in the Air Force. Loves his job and has my first grandchild on the way. I do take claim to an X of mines daughter and grandson, only bcuz i love them both very much.. ANYWAYZ... back to the injuries .. My lower back is SHOT! Severe deteriation of the lower disks has me in constant severe pain 24/7. Lack of proper insurance has kept me from an operation so far. But thats hopefully in the near furture as the pain is getting to be to much to handle. Pain 24/7 for over 10 yrs now... SUCKAGE!! It also prevents me from being the father to Hunter, that I want and that he needs. But I try my best. I play "Mr. Mom" while my wife works. I draw SSI so I do have a fairly good income. I dont want to hear it!!!!!! I EARNED my SSI!! Along with my back, Ive had carpal tunel operations in both wrists. My Dr. said it is/was the worst example hes ever seen.. WOW! huh.. again, from 20 yrs of piece work. I also suffer from my feet hurting all the time. That too is the result of factory work. Being on a cement floor 8 hrs a day.. Shoulders and neck pain also hampers my abilities quite often. I wont get into the kinds of work i did, but put it this way.. Imagine a person working as fast as humanly possible everyday, 5 days a week for 20 yrs.. OUCH! OK, I missed a day of work as often as i could...LOL Heck, i had to or i wouldnt have lasted 20 yrs... There was no defineing moment that caused me to end my career there. Just the 20 yrs of doing to much to fast, to hard.. So it wasnt an actual injury, but the wearing out of my joints and muscles ect.. I didnt get some Big setlement like many do... No, not that lucky... I had to suffer thru loseing nearly everything until I could finally start drawing my SSI. But I had no choice as i could NOT, continue working.. I miss working for a living. I miss the many friends I had at work. They were like family to me after 20 yrs. I cared deeply for them and their families. I wish them all good fortune. BTW... The doors are now closed at Weil McLain in BH.. Deer Hunting, Bass/Bluegill fishing, Morel Mushroom hunting.. Anything to be outdoors in nature is what i like. Cant do as much, but stil love it all. Anybody having land I can hunt, or waters i can fish?? I'd be ever so grateful.. I have a 4 yr old son that i want to teach this too. But places to do such, are geting more scarce these days. I lost the land i hunted for 30 plus yrs when It was sold. new owners wouldnt let me.. i loved that land and miss hunting it. OK.. Ive been siting here much longer than my body can handle. I've been back n forth several times since starting this.. So Im gonna cut it short..LOL at short.. maybe I'll add more later.. Until then.. PEACE to all.. WRITE ME!! Tim
