Timmy's Story
Life
Life has been pretty good for the last few years. Yes, my mom and dad got divorced and that was a bummer. On the other hand I got to sing at my sister's wedding.
After high school, I just kind of loped around for a couple of years and then finally got my head on straight and started back to school at SFCC. I completed an AA there and started attending EWU a few years ago. Since then things have taken off. While at EWU I finally came out of my shell, which is good since I was extremely introverted in high school which cost me the ability to make as many truly lasting friendships as I wanted. Along that same line though, I am still a geek/nerd/weirdo and proud of it. It has paid off academically and though I am not the most popular person in any room at any time, I can still make people laugh when need be.

ring the summer of 2007. Most that came on a regular basis passed their classes by a wide margin and almost everyone at some point commented that they liked my helping style.
For those that remember me this way, I still play guitar, and on occassion I get out and square dance. Most of my time though is spent trying to assimilate mathematical information. I hope it will serve me well since I'm taking the William Lowell Putnam exam on Dec. 1st. To demonstrate how hard this test is, the median score is 0.
My main hope today remains that everyone I met at Cheney is doing well. I see some of you from time to time and have lost contact with others. Some of you never knew me, and some know me quite well. All in all, I have to say that the 7 years since high school has been like an elevator... it's had its ups and downs. May the future hold many new challenges and lots of fun. May we all, in the words of Mr. Spock, "Live long and prosper".
