Timothy Cook:  

After graduation from the Alliance Academy in May 1977' I spent a month with Rusty & Greg Garman and their family in the jungle in Peru. I spent some time in Iquitos, Peru with Jerry & Tom Sawyer and their family. I spent 6 months in Lima with my parents and returned to Toronto, Canada. I worked and then began at Canadian Bible College in Regina, Saskatchewan in 1978. When I graduated in 1982 with my Bachelor of Theology degree I married my wife Sandy in Toronto, whom I met at Bible school. We returned to Regina to Canadian Theological Seminary, where I graduated with my Master of Missiology degree in 1987. Our son, Jeremy and our first daughter, Jessica were born during my Seminary years in Regina. We spent the next 4 years serving as the youth pastor in our first church, Kelowna Alliance Church, Kelowna, British Columbia. Our second daughter, Katie was born in our last year in Kelowna and we moved to Edmonton, Alberta in 1991.
