Timothy's Story
I am married to Freda Merriman a hospital auditor for United Health Care. I have two wonderful children. Jason who is 15 (an Honor Student)and Abbigail who is 6.
I am a commercial real estate broker. Meaning that I sell malls, shopping centers, warehouses, etc..... I currently have the pleasure of stating that I dont work on anything under 1 million dollars.
I posses a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and I am currently persuing a MBA in Real Estate and Developement.

he Camelot Gardens Homeowners Association. I am a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Urban Land Instituture. I am also a nominee for the Biltmore Who's Who among Executives and Professionals.
I have also racked up a few plaques over the years of which include having my own annual day (Timothy Merriman Day) in High Point NC as well as commendations for community service from the United States White House and the Gov. of North Carolina.
I volunteer with the Fort Lauderdale Naval Sea Cadets and Habitat for Hunanity.
