Timothy's Story

Life Just moved to RI - Portsmouth/Aquidneck Island. This place reminds me of Falmouth before it exploded with buildings - I'll put some photos up soon. I work for Raytheon as an environmental engineer in Portsmouth. Retired from the AF reserves - 26 yrs. I have been married for over 28 years now to Maura L Sheehan - my wife is a lawyer, operating a law office in Lexington, MA. I have four kids two girls and two boys. My oldest daughter graduated from Macalester College in Mn, my oldest boy went to Bentley in Waltham, MA. I have two young children, as well. I lived in the Boston "burbs" for nearly 20 yrs - Lexington. I was even in the Lexington Minuteman for awhile - played a Lexingtonian in the reenactments on the Battle Green for about 10 yrs or so. It was a beautiful and historic town, but I could never feel at home in a place that too...Expand for more
k a journey to get to the coast - one of the reasons I'm here!!! Up until the last couple of years, I used to get down to Falmouth quite a bit - I was actually stationed at the Air Force cleanup at Otis for awhile. But I haven't had much opportunity to do so since the passing of my Dad in May of 2007. When he was alive I made the time to go see him, as I knew his time was short. He was nearly 91 when he died and was a very long-term resident of the town and seemed to know everyone. Of all the Sheehan family, only my brother Ted still lives there. Now I am so busy with everything - career and my family, well you know that doesn't seem to be much time for goofing off. Still, I'm in good health and very happy with my life so far - I've had lots of fun. Hi to all my old high school friends - those were some very crazy times, eh? Cheers!
