tom's Story
After graduating from EOC in '67 i worked in Portland for a couple years. Then i went to Anaheim, Ca. to visit my brother Jim & got a job with Union Oil the next day. I also worked for Firestone Tire 10yrs. After that I was Manager of ARC Value Village Thrift for 21yrs, which included, "during the riots". We ended up staying in Calif for 40years. My wife was a school teacher. We were married 38 years until cancer changed things in 2/09. I moved to Lewiston, Idaho 8/2011 with my cat "goof". We always did alot of traveling even with our 100 hr work weeks? I kept my golf

ol. My dad (Wiley) used to work at the OK Barber Shop in LaGrande on Depot St. I used to have a black '58 Chevy 2-door hard-top that i drove to work in? I worked at Wendells Beeline for a long time.

I always wanted to be a Park Ranger in Death Valley or a Cartoonist for Walt Disney when I grew up. My family & friends thought do something normal? As it turned out, "i still haven't grown up".
MY HERO; after i was the victim of an armed robbery & my best friend was murdered a year later; IT WAS then that i realized MY DAD was my "HERO" and always will be!
