Tom's Story
Life
Born and raised in Soo, Michigan. Went to St. Joseph School, graduated in 1963. Went to Soo High from 1964-67. Lake Superior State 67-69, University of Michigan from 1969-71. Graduated with Bachelor's in Elem.
Education. Began teaching in Montgomery County Public Schools, Maryland in 1971. Retired in 2003 after 16 years teaching and 16 years as a principal. Earned a Master's...Expand for more
degree in 1978 from the Univ. of Maryland. Married for 35 years to wife Karen. One daughter Terri, now teaching 2nd grade in MCPS, my old system. Now working at Hood College in Frederick, MD as the Disability Services Coordinator. Started teaching a class in the Grad School this year: Administration of Pupil Services. Still a die-hard University of Michigan football fan. GO BLUE!!!
