Just got my first poem published and have 2 more coming out in an anthology this April...sweet! More on Life (May 12 08) The bi-coastal relationship is getting old and very expensive so...I am moving to Southern California in August! Woohoo! This would be a good time to buy stock in Banana Boat Sunscreen! City of Angels (May 8 09) I love being an Angelino! I love my new little family! I love my job! I love the weather! I don't love 3 people in a tiny apartment. So we are moving! Just a few blocks away to a house with 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms! Yeah...Life is good. In the Big House (July 19 10) After more than 30 years I am back to living in suburbia. A year with 3 bathrooms has totally spoiled me. Almost 2 years since I moved to LA and am finally getting the hang of city living, parenting and (not so) new job. Love living so close to my sis, Dinah. She is in San Diego near her sons and grandkids. BTW I really should have studied in Spanish class. Change is the only Constant (May 2011) Feb 14th my girlfriend asked me to marry her! Diamond ring and all! Feb 15th I had my thyroid removed. It was too big and full of Hashimoto's so we put it out of its misery. Now I am hyperthyroid! I seem to absorb the synthetic stuff very well. Oh the irony of it all. Writing alot of poetry and finally making connections in the LA poets scene. Hope to get some poems published over the next year. Should write a screenplay...selling one in this town is akin to winning the lottery, but one script would pull in more money than all my poems. Going Jet Set (December 2011) Lots of travels this year...some fun and some not so. My mother died July 1st.....Expand for more
