Tracey's Story
Life
Currently at 32 I have now spent 14yrs in the US Navy, I am a cryptologist who specializes in Signals Analysis. I have traveled the world and lived for 3yrs in both Newquay, England (1995-1998) and Misawa, Japan (1999-2001). I was married to Susan L. Dean for 10yrs (1994-2004) before we decided it was best to go our seperate ways and move on in life. I have no children as of yet and have really not kept up with the people I graduated High School with. I guess I tend to cut loses and move on in life.
Military
I Joined the Navy in 1991, went to Boot Camp at RTC San Diego (now closed), from there I went to schools in Millington, TN; Norfolk, VA; and Damneck, VA. After finishing OTA "A" school I transferred to NAVFAC Centerville Beach (now closed), spent 1 1/2 yrs there, meet my ex-wife and she moved cross country with me to NOPF ...Expand for more
Damneck, where we got married and spent a year 1/2, before being transferred to JMF St. Mawgan. During this tour, OTA's and STG's merged and I crossrated to CTR. Went to CTR "A" school in Pensacola, FL and then onto another overseas assignment at Misawa, Japan (NSGA Misawa). Upon leaving Misawa, I again went back to school for 9147 NEC and then transferred up to NSGA Whidbey Island, WA (located in the NOPF building), where I deploy with Expeditionary Prowler squadrons. I just finished up a one year assignment in Dahlgren, VA; had my second ACL reconstruction surgery, Tristan was born and I transferred the day I found out I was selected to CPO. Arrived at Ft. Meade for transition season and have been going on the go since getting up here. I am working with a great group of people for my first Chief assignment, but this command is way to big.
