Tracy's Story
I have lived in Gainesville, Fl. (Go Gators!) since 1991 I have 3 great boys. Ryan is almost 21 and Tyler almost 19 are in College. Ryan coaches H.S. Wrestling Coach . Tyler is into music and plays in a band they are cutting a demo this summer. Tanner is 16. He is on the Varsity Wrestling team and ranked 3rd in the state. I am very proud of 3. Not to mention they are all amazingly handsome. I have been married for 22 yrs. to my husband Gary. We moved to San Diego when we were first married and lived there for 2 yrs, and then re-located to Florida. We have owned our home for the past 14 yrs. Currently we are hoping to sell and down size. No need for all this space and yard. No time for upkeep.

our real estate market has not felt the crunch that the rest of the country is going through. I primarily work with developers and investors. I am very good at what I do and work very hard to be where I am in my career. When I do take some time off, we usually spend time at Palm Coast.
My family lives in SW Florida, about 3 hours away in Pt. Charlotte. We don't see each other very often but talk everyday. I still keep in with Grace Stayton and Teri Farrell. Grace came down to visit me last summer. We had not seen each other in 10 yrs. Time really does get away.
