Trish's Story
After high school graduation I spent two semesters at Bible College, then I came home and married my sailor, Ken Leiplein, he is a 1974 PHS graduate. In 1983, Ken's dad passed away and I spent the next 12 years as a care giver to Ken's step-mother. In 1984, our son Chris was born in Feather River Hospital. In 1986, we left Paradise for the Sacramento area. From there we had a couple of rough decades. Health challenges, job challenges, you know the normal thing. ease. We just purchase our first home and it is wonderful to have something that we can call our own. I work for a company called PianoDisc as the Administration / Sales Support Manager. Our son, was married in March 2008, and we like her and she likes us. We are very please with his choice. Rebekah is a very active little girl who loves to read. Our family is very active in our church. In fact the last 25 years or so would have been unbearable without Jesus Christ, and our church family. Overall, life is good. Ken and I will celebrate 28 years of marriage in June 2009.
