Twila's Story
Well....Hello out there 86'ers... Yes its the good ole' Shiny here to wax your turf... & tickle you bones....
FIRST OF ALL AND FOREMOST.... I'd like to THANK all of you for giving me the best memories of my life... ID ALSO LIKE TO SAY KOO'NA'A to all my sisters and brothers in San Juan Pueblo... you are all the best.. thank you for making me feel so welcome and at home... San Juan was my second home... and I'm honored to say that I learned alot from the Sedillo's (God Bless Mom), Calvert's, Cruz's, Tapia's, Cata's, and everyone else who touched my life in one way or another... It was an AWESOME experience that I look forward to adding on to... THANKS A BUNCH....
I HOPE YOU ALL REMEMBER ME AS .... That fun loving down to earth chic...For reals... yeah I know i was a crazy, party animal when the gates opened but those were the fun times that we all remember... Well if you saw me now I think that would still be the same impression you'd get... only now I'm all "growed up" and, giving back to life the things that I was blessed with, all the inspirations and learning experiences... the good and the bad... Now everyday I awake and go out to give thanks with my cornmeal... have my daily talk with Tun' sano' and ask that you all be blessed with the best... I know thats the only way we make it through the day... being humble and asking for guidance from our CREATOR... So like I've always said at one time or another be thankful and live life to the FULLEST... Don't dwell on the past... those days only slip away leaving memories that we can look back on.. with a smile... Hey guys & gals "I LOVE YOU ALL"!! Take care, be safe, and give your loved ones a BIG HUG! Tell 'em how much they mean to YOU.... PEACE....

XPECT IT. THE BIGGEST SURPRISE IN MY LIFE IS.... well I didn't expect to be a single parent I thought that I had landed the greatest guy (a 1 in a million type), then my bubble bursted... but oh well LIFE goes on. Just like when we got drunk or were drug through the dirt we all managed to get up and start all over again... that's me I didn't give up... Now I'm here raising my daughters and living life to the FULLEST... its been GREAT!! So a little advise to all you single parents... Keep your heads up and take life day by day. YOU"RE THE GREATEST!!!
WHAT THE WILDEST THING I EVER DID IN HIGH SCHOOL.... Well the whole high school experience was wild... It was great.. oh such a blast.... But I think the most wildest thing was all the times I'd go party with my Santa Fe college buds... and somehow I was able to make it back to campus before the late bell.... And even managed to get in without getting busted... It was all good... Oh yeah I remember the first day I got to SFIS that was my sophmore year... my sister and I were all sad after our parents left us... Well anyway we got the bright idea that we were gonna stroll the campus... so we did when we got to north dorm we saw the KFC on the other side of the fence and decided to go get some munches... well when we got back to the gate it was all locked up... all scared... what are we gonna do? well that was the first time we climbed the fence... then we headed back to the dorm... and of course the bell was ringing.... and the door was locked... then thats when we met Kelly H and Pat W .... they helped us get back into the dorm... we climbed on their shoulders and they shoved us into someone's window... Who's window? Liz Wimmer... that was funny... but I have to admit it was a little scary!!!
