Tyrone Williams:  

Hi everyone, my name is Tyrone Williams and I was in the Band at Robeson under Mr. Page. I was elected the band President and was the section leader for the drum section. I also played trombone in the trombone section in the marching band, and was a drum major for the marching band for a time. I recieved a 4 year music scholarship to Lincoln University in Jefferson City Missouri. I was not prepared with my financial aid so I was not able to stay in school for more than a couple of months. I came home and I got a job at Time & Life books where I met my wife. We got married in May of 1982 and was married for 18 years. During that 18 year time period I joined a Band and became the band director for The Energy, Time & Space Band Featuring The Sax Preacher as a keyboard player. I also played for a R7B band called Nikle Slick featyuring 2 female vocalist who called themselves The Dangerious Divas.
