Life Life is an adventure... After high school, I attended University of California, Santa Cruz. Because my parents moved out of state, I had to accelerate my college program, and graduated with honors, completing two BA's in 3.5 years. Courtesy of a dirt bike accident injury (I was pretty adventurous then), I moved from CA to TX and lived with my parents for several months while recovering. I returned to California to attend graduate school at UC Davis, and get my teaching credential. I taught for 17 years (mostly high school) and covered a variety of subjects: English, Psychology, French, Reading, Creative Writing, Honors English, and Speech/Debate. In 1990, I decided I wanted to work with "grown ups" for a change. After working as a freelance trainer for a while, I started an image consulting business. I have pursued that full and part time ever since, along with various sales and management positions. I'vwe worked in a variety of industries, including relocation, trade show and event marketing, property management, and construction/engineering. I currently work as a marketing and business development consultant and have contracts with some associations and companies. I have been married and divorced twice (hope springs eternal).
