Vena's Story
School
As a kid, we moved around Pasadena and Altadena a lot . So, although I think at times I was kind of shy, i had to speak up to make new friends. Now, I have been a social butterfly from Jr.HS on. I can't live without my friends. I enjoyed every kind of holiday or event, and still do. Halloween is one of my favorites. I still dress up every year and go trick or treating with my kids.(Having kids is great to relive your childhood)

anted to join the Air Force. I always wanted to travel accross the USA in a Chevy Luv and my best friend. My first car was '68 Firebird, with a 400 engine. Far to powerful for a 16 year old girl. I moved to Bakersfield for the 10th grade to live with my dad.. I use to cruise downtown Bakersfield with my friend, Tammy, and get into all kinds of trouble. But my dad took it away after I ran away from home. Yes, I ran away with my then boyfriend when I was 16 1/2, and finished up High School early, worked 2 jobs, and started college in Pasadena. Then I got married and moved to Germany. ETC...Hence all my varied experiences made me the person I am today.
