Venus's Story
Life
After High School I went to Parkland to earn an Associates Degree in Child Developement After a year and a half I realized it was not what I wanted to do.
In 1990 I started working at Disk-Tec in Champaign where I met a friend who was studying Computer Programming and suggested that I might like to take some introductory class which I did. to my surprise I liked it.

it until they shut down. I still hope to finish it.
I am currently living in Champaign and have one Cat but no children. I will soon have two wonderfull step-children. (Kimberly 22 and Michael 20)
I haven't married yet but Steve Russell from high school and I are engaged. We have been since September 2002.
In the past year I have started a new career with the United States Postal Service as a rural mail carrier. :)
