ations, the nation's premier nonprofit organization that promotes the works of Asian Americans in the media arts. In 2002, attended 14 film festivals, and have continued to catch several each year when I can. Second major passion is being auntie to two really cool nephews, ages 10 & 12. They're the best! From camping out in the backyard with them to teaching them the names of Australian wildlife, to solving "Jumble" puzzles and playing Scrabble with them for 3 hours straight...every minute with them is precious and fun. Finally, just trying to keep up with my mom and her globetrotting adventures. She's been multiple times to Europe (Italy, France, England, Germany, Greece, Turkey, Scandinavia and Russia!), Africa/Middle East (Egypt) and Asia/South Pacific (China, Singapore, Japan, Australia, etc.) She's ridden a hot air balloon over Niagara Falls, worn a Samurai warrior suit at an ancient Japanese castle, donned a royal robe in front of the Great Wall of China and rode a camel across the Egyptian Desert by the Great Pyramids. We've travelled to Japan, France, Chicago and most recently Mexico City/San Miguel de Allende and Utah (Salt Lake City/Park City) together. What an inspiration she is! Always appreciate your family and friends, and enjoy all the opportunities life presents itself with integrity. Hope to see you all in 2008 for our "25+1" reunion!
