Veronica's Story
Life
Born in Montreal (Verdun to be exact and moved to NDG where I attended St. Augustine's. Got married in 1962 and had 3 children, divorced in 1970. In 1972 I met my present husband and married in 1977. My present husband adopted my 3 children and we now have 6 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren. We then moved to Ottawa in 1980 where we lived for 20 years. state and presently retired. (had enough of 24-7.) My husband is presently working and plans to retire in approx. 1 year, after which we plan on doing some travelling. We have not made a decision as to where we will retire, however we are leaning towards staying in Edmonton. Although that may change as we have children back east. We have a daughter in Nova Scotia, a son in Ottawa, and a son in Florida. Time will tell. Whatever our decision we will definitely make it a point to spend time with them also.
