Veronica's Story
Life
After high school, I went to GoldenWest college for a few years and in 2001 I decided I needed to move away and live closer to my long-distance love, Victor. I am now on the East Coast, I live about 20 minutes out of Washington D.C. in Northern VA. We were married in 2003, had our wedding in CA because my family is still there. I LOVE it here, it's beautiful, we have all four seasons and we get to play in the snow during the winter! We own a home here and I plan on living in VA indefinitely- though I stil...Expand for more
l travel to CA every couple of months to see family and old friends...
I am a registered nurse at the Fairfax Hospital Heart and Vascular Institute, just outside D.C. (graduated from George Mason University) and now work in the cardiovascular operating room. I assist our surgeons with all types of open-heart surgery, heart and lung transplants, and aneurysm repairs. I never thought I would end up doing this, I love it!
Victor and I have no kids yet, maybe some day but we're just enjoying our life right now.
