Hi Everybody, I am in an enviable situation right now...told my X I was going out of town w/ a group of friends for Labor Day, so he took my son (ll-yrs-old - I started late) for the long weekend. Then I decided I didn't want to drive & would rather put new hardware on my computer & putz around the house. So NOBODY knows I'm home (except those I want to know...)! This is great! My time is my own! So...what have I done in my life that's interesting... I'll tell you my "Canoe Story." When we moved up to Ocoee Tn to live in the middle of the woods (very cool), we decided to go canoeing (sp?). We'd done this in the St. Johns River in Jacksonville a hundred times, searching out the little branches of the river and seeing some very beautiful stuff. We put in near by our house, started paddling around. Of course to keep the conoe straight, I would have to paddle about 4 times to every 1 time that Bryan (my starter husband) paddled in the back. Infurriating! So, away we go and suddenly begin to hear this "MOOOING," like what a COW does. Rounding a bend, we come upon about 100 cows with fences on the sides of their pasture to keep them in, BUT NO FEN...Expand for more
