Victoria's Story
Life
Well, I've had alot of fun in my life and hope to continue in that direction. I've been divorced once and happily remarried for 20 years. Have one daughter, one grandson, 2 adult stepchildren and 2 stepgrandchildren. I've been in management at a third level supervisor for Kaiser Aluminum in Spokane, and a supervisor at Alcoa in Wenatchee. I was the first woman supervisor in an aluminum factory in the U.S. as far as I know. I then went on to be a Tool and Production Manufacturing Engineer at Boeing. That is where I met my second husband and we both retired from Boeing. Tom retired in 1992, I retired in 2000. We lived and still have a waterfront home on Whidbey Island, and now for the past 2 years have moved back to Wenatchee. We have a chocolate lab (female) who "allows" us to share HER house and bed!! he first winter volunteers for the Red Rock Wildlife Refuge area in Montana. THAT was a wonderful experience, full of adventures too numerous to write about. I lived in Ketchikan, Alaska with my first husband for a couple of years, also a wonderful experience. My second husband and I have travelled the AlCan Hwy several times and have had wonderful times in Alaska. I've been to Europe several times and we are currently planning an extensive trip to the South Pacific and Australia/New Zealand. We love to travel, but also have been relaxing and enjoying our current home and extensive gardens. We are both Master Gardeners from Washington State University. We just bought a winter home near Peoria, AZ, on the golf course and look forward to enjoying the winter and watching the Spring Training for the Seattle Mariners. Guess that covers a brief review of the highlights of my life since high school. Would love to connect with my old classmates and hope to hear from you!!
