For the last 21 years I've been working for Community Medical Center. First at the Fresno campus, and for the past 3 years at Clovis Emergency. I stumbled into the job as my step father worked as an electrician there for many years. I think he was worried I would stay a record store clerk forever. After surviving a serious cardiac episode that was not drug related(good thing), I became a cardiac monitor technician. The work is work. It's not a real fun job, but I work with the best team of doctors and nurses that I know. Everyday is a little different as working in an ER can be. The best part of my job is the people that I work with. I met my wife and all my golfing buddies through the hospital. I guess I owe my life to Community Hospital.
