Vincente (Vincenza)'s Story
Life
I've lived in Rome, Italy since January 1982. My husband and I live in a quite location just outside Rome where Luigi (who is a retired limousine driver) was born and spent his first years before moving to Rome. We met in Toronto, got married there, my two daughters were born there and we later decided to move to Italy. I retired 5 years ago after 28 years of service as an Accounting Officer for a Multinational firm headquartered in Rome. and has now moved back to Italy where she lives and works in a hotel in a small costal town in southern Sicily. My second daughter is Lillian (Born Dec. 74), lives in Rome part of the year and for the greater part she teaches English and Italian aboard a cruise ship. As for the rest, my three brothers still live in Windsor with their families. I still have good memories of my highschool years. I visit Windsor on a regular basis and if all goes as planned, I'll be in the area during the month of June.
On July 20, 2004 my granddaughter Saskia was born.
