Virginia's Story
Straight from Tech H.S. to IU School of Business. Graduated early so I could marry my IU boyfriend (big mistake). Worked for Eli Lily for 8 years (going from secretary to Systems Analyst), a few courses at IU's Law School at the Indianapolis campus. Re-married, quit working and raised 3 kids. Alas, 2nd marriage didn't last, either, although it went on for a lot longer than the first one. So think I've about shot my wad in that endeavor. hat age and motivation do to your ability to succeed in school. Back to work when most of my peers began retiring. Currently working, full-time+, for the City of Charlottesville (Virginia) with no plans to ever retire. I also have my own little internet marketing business, but I don't work it very hard. I get out of here every chance I get and drive wherever in my little Miata. (Wish I had kept my Corvette instead of selling it back in 1968.) What I love doing most of all, though, is visiting my children and grandchildren from England to Texas.
