Wallace's Story
After graduation from Baltimore City College in June 1964, I went to the University of Baltimore where I obtained a Juris Doctorate Degree (Law Degree) in 1970. I served on the Baltimore City Police Force for eleven years and on July 4th, 1976, America's bicentennial, at the old Memorial Stadium on East 33rd Street; I was awarded a plaque for being Baltimore's Policeman of the Year. I left the Police Department to become the Safety & Security Director of the Harford County Public Schools. I remained there until my retirement in 2002. We have two adult daughter...Expand for more
s, now ages 36, and 31 years respectively. Both of our daughters graduated from Virginia Tech, (V.P.I.) I regret to say that I have loss touch with most of my former City College classmates. I did attend the 20th reunion at Martin's West, but haven't been back to any other functions. Nevertheless, I did manage to make it to City College's rededication. I am planning on attending City College's 45th reunion.
