W Edmund's Story

I have lived in New York City and on Long Island since 1995, (Queens, Amityville - yes near the Amity Horror house, and Brooklyn). I am a retired Drug/Alcohol/Mental Health Counselor. I am a co-owner of a 4-unit apartment building in Brooklyn. Since retiring, I have written 3 books, and I am currently working on my 4th due out this year (2024). I have traveled extensively for pleasure going to Guyana, Suriname, Peru, Colombia, London, Dublin, the Bahamas, Mexico, the Caribbean... and my home away from home, Ecuador. Besides being an author, I am also a farmer of sorts. I own three farms totaling 43,000 acres where I grow cacao (chocolate) in La Troncal, Ecuador where I produce chocolate a...Expand for more
s well as pure cocoa crème. It is fun especially since I am a chocoholic. My brother-in-law finally succeeded in getting me on a ship, (I saw the Poseidon Adventure and every version of the Titanic too many times which kept me from cruising). We went to the Bahamas and Mexico this past November/2023 and I am looking forward to taking another cruise in April 2024 to the Caribbean. Though I didn't hang out with many people from BHS, I know your names and remember your faces. It would be great to connect with any of you who remember me even if it is just a “Hello how are you?” I would like to connect with friends and acquaintances from BHS.
