Walt's Story
Life
Married 11/22/1968 to Susan (Suzie) Scoular, 1966 TJ Grad. Sue worked at Union Pacific for 18 yrs. We have two children,
Walter the 4th born "72", Wendy born "75". Both married and each have two boys.
Hobbies - Cars, have had several "toys" most recent is a 1981 Corvette w/4-speed and has less than 30K on it. I traded for it with my old friend Frank Paladino's younger brother Jerry that was 13yrs ago. I don't do much wrenching myself anymore, it's one thing just to get to under it and clean, then to get out and be able to move for the few days ! I've got box's off "tropies" from over the years, still like to show once in awhile but it's more fun to "cruise" !
I love to watch NASCAR, have I have seats at Kansas Speedway. and make that...Expand for more
a family event for two separate weekend during the years. Have been toseveral tracks, with friends through the years, and lots of fun.

1963 - 1968 Martin's Drug Co. Bluffs, delivrey boy, stockboy, clerk, mow the boss' lawn boy....
1968 - present Electric utility
Iowa Power and Light, then merger w/Iowa Public Service Sioux City to become Midwest Energy, after 4-yrs then merged with Iowa Illinois Gas & Electric, Davenport to become MidAmerican Energy. Then bought "lock, stock, and barrel by Warren Buffet(Berkshire Hathway), Walter Scott (Peter Kiewit), and David Sokol (Cal Energy).
Have been in utiliy business for 36 yrs in various staff and management position.
Relocated 3X's, now back in Council Bluffs for last 3 yrs .
