Wayne's Story
Let's see, I'm an outgoing single guy with 3 adult children whom I am very close too.I was married 20 years, been divorced 16 years.I graduated in 1977 with a teaching degree.I was a substitute for 2 years in Springfield ,Mo. then moved to Belton ,Mo and taught and coached for one year.I got tired of being poor so I got into the construction game.Sine 1980 I've worked as a flunky, superintendent, and project manager.I have 3 kids,Brad 28 an attorney living in Nashville with his wife.Stephanie 23 living with me part time attending UMKC and Alex 21 takeing a break from K-State for a semester and Woring for UPs.
For fun I like to snow ski,back pack,go to sporting events,chase pretty women and I'm still a St.Louis Cardinal fan.Also involved with the Boy Scouts of America and have helped over 94 young men g...Expand for more

In 1969 I was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgekins disease,my sister had died from it in 1965.So anyways I thought I'd only live maybe another year.I was takeing chemo when they accidentally over dosed me.I went into shock,convulsions,and finally cardiac arrest which they brought me back twice.All that caused temporay blindness,parallisis,and memory loss.
But it seemed to had gotten rid of the cancer.Anyways, I'm still glad I'm alive.
I've been in touch with Joe Fichter from grade school and we met at a bar and traded some stories.About all thats changed is we are older and maybe have a little more common scense now.
