Wayne's Story
Life
Goodness, Has it really been almost 27 years since we all walked across the stage to get the diploma we had worked for for 12 years to get. A lot has gone on in my life since then. I got married right after graduation, and went to work for Eckerd Drugs in their warehouse in Newark, De. In 1982 I transfered to Charlotte, NC. and started driving a truck for Eckerds. My wife and I had 3 sons. In 1990, after the break up of the marriage, I moved back to Wilmington, De. I remarri...Expand for more
ed, and in 1991, went to work for Exxon. In 1992, my daughter was born. In 1996, I went to work for my present employer. I ran the road for a few years, seeing alot of the country. In 2001, I lost my second wife to cancer. In March of 2004, I married a beautiful woman named Cathy. I have two lovely step-daughters and thanks to Cathy's oldest daughter, a grandson. We recently moved into the Bellefonte section of northern Wilmington, and hope to someday get to move back "down south".
