Wendy's Story
Wendy is from Columbus, Mississippi.
I live in the heart of the Cajun bayous and swampland; the heart of sugarcane country. I'm married to a true Cajun-French speaking coonass-Donald, Jr. who is a sugarcane farmer. We live in Napoleonville, La in a home on Bayou Lafourche. I am a Corporate Accounts Compliance Manager for Motion Industries where I function as a MRO contract project coordinator. am, La. These 2 sites are the pilot sites for all projects. I create the processes for roll-out and implementation of these projects for every Mosaic site in the United States and Canada. I am responsible for both sites as on site support. I work with corporate procurement in cost reduction and cost savings projects. I am building a bill of materials for both sites and manage all repairable and rotating spares. I love my work!
I have 3 children: Mason, born in 1995, Jordan, born 1997, and Isabella, born 2002.
