Will's Story

Life I married Julie Bruna in the winter of 1970. Together we raised 4 terrific children, even though we divorced in 1981, we retained joint custody (we are still friends today.) By the time the two oldest boys were in their early teens they came to live with me. Jason and Jerred did well in school, played sports (football, wrestling and baseball.) When the youngest were old enough and their mother and I agreed it would be fair to them, Jana and Jake moved in. By this time I was living in Hayden Lake, Idaho. We all worked together and restored muscle cars (mostly mustangs, cobras and Shelbys) to raise money for their college education. All of the kids joined in. We enjoyed trips across country buying "junked" muscle cars and taking them to Sacremento, Scottsdale etc. All of the kids attended and graduated from Gonzaga University - 3 with advanced degrees and two with multiple degrees. Today Jason (the oldest) is an Intellectual Property Attorney in San Diego with some very high profile clients, He lives with his wife Heather and their three children. Jerred received his degrees in History and Political Science. He is currently living in Seattle (hopes to someday return to Africa to live - sometime in the near future, and set up an orphange.) Jana lives with her five children in the Spokane Valley - she works at Gonzaga University in the atheletic department. Jake has graduated from Med. School (after graduating GU several years ago) and is back in Spokane whe...Expand for more
re he works for one of the local hospiatals as does his wife, Danielle. They are ER Trauma physicians. Jake and Danielle have their first daughter, Addison Jane (Named for my mother.)Thye are expecting twins in June! I can be found either on the ski slopes at Stevens Pass or Crystal Mountain skiing, or along some river fly-fishing, or playing golf. I spend a lot of time in my wood shop refinishing antiques, creating furniture for my grandchildren and friends. I now live in Issaquah, Washington in the foot hills of the Cascade mountains. I am within one mile of great salmon, steelhead, and trout fishing in the rivers. Some of the best trout fishing in the world is less than an hour away. I commute 18 minutes into Seattle to manage an Engineering and CM office there. Workplace I owned and operated my own General Contracting Co. for more than 20 yrs then began a consulting firm (Plethora Inc.) to deal with construction management services including: litigation and the prevention of potential litigation issues within the construction and design fields. These days, I work on large institutional and industrial construction projects throughout the Puget Sound as Sr Construction Manager. Currently we have a number of projects for Sound Transit, Seattle DOT, and other public entities performing a variety of services including street and road re-configurations, improvements and utility improvements as well as, re-configuring the HOV lanes and building parking garages.
