Life
Grew up on the 'Sand Springs Line'. Went to Glenwood Baptist Church. Graduated Central High 1937. Univ. of Tulsa BS Geology 1942. Married Helen Winters, Class 1938, in 1942. US Navy, disch. 1946. Univ Kansas MS Geology, 1948. Worked for Chevron Oil 1948-1951 in New Orleans LA, Ardmore OK 1951-56, Amarillo TX 1956-61. Monsanto Oil 1961-67, Shreveport LA, Houston YX, Midland TX. . PetroCanada 1872-76. ARCO-Tulsa 1976-81 Consulting Geologist 1981-present (I don't have time to retire). Three children: Patricia born 1946; Bill born 1949; Peggy born 1953; altogether seven grand-children and eight great-grand children. Lost wife in 1992. Hobbies: amateur radio, writing tech articles for publication, wood-working, electronics. Active in church.
