William's Story
Life
Retired from Aetna in 1997, moved to and still live and play golf in Naples, FL. Widowed on 1/19/2019 as my bride Joanie (BHS 1962) of more than 53 years finally succumbed to the ravages of dementia, I have two children, girl in Atlanta getting older, son in CT, successful DJ. Two granddaughters who will be 28 & 27 later in 2023 from daughter. Older one got married last April. No pets, require attention and time, probably have both but don't want to give away either. good friends reunited from forever ago, Steve D., Patti M. Anita S. Mike V. and some who have left us (Jim Prenetta gone now more than 30 years.) and I will miss him forever. I know I did not get every one but if I did nobody would read it.
My first job was at A & P, where I got paid $1.30/hr to work the dairy. What I remember most about it is a real pain for a boss.
Just growing up in a project, Charter Oak Terrace and always having someone to play with.
Surviving in isolation (4/15/20) with COPD and hoping Covid19 ends sooner than later but skeptical.
