Workplace March 2005-present Deputy Vice President, Customer Support Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company Military EXPERIENCE USAF, Various locations, 1975 – December 2004 2002 – Present Director of Logistics/Commander, Seventh Air Force, Osan Air Base, South Korea Lead 1,300 military, civilian and contractor workforce providing logistics support to the Korean Theater of Operations (peninsula). Manage $64M budget, $5.4B in assets, 11 sites, and a combined logistics readiness center. • Increased precision munitions posture by 28 percent. 2000 – 2002 Director/Chief, Aircraft Directorate, Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, UT Directed depot maintenance/modification of 600 aircraft annually. Managed 2,800 personnel, $150M operations, 150-acre industrial complex, and the quality/training/production programs. Created policy. Supported USAF, Navy, and Foreign Military Sales. • Implemented first LEAN processes/concept in the Ogden depot. • Reduced F-16 aircraft wing repair from 64 to 27 flow days. Increased aircraft on-time delivery rate from 45 to 85 percent. Supported airlift/air refueling aircraft. • Led benchmark hazardous material management program. • Spearheaded Air Force's largest military to civilian aircraft maintenance conversion. 1991 – 1994 Deputy Director, Joint US Military Affairs Group, Seoul, South Korea Senior USAF maintenance/supply/munitions advisor to Korean Air Force. Managed 350 Foreign Military Sales cases valued at $10B. Managed aircraft/engine depot maintenance interface, logistics supply support, and the military assistance program.
