GE after Union College. GE advanced course in Syracuse from Utica (now closed down).
Now - BEAT THE HORSES, a software application that handicaps horseracing using TrackMaster TMPP data. The trial version, free, will be on the net soon. Got to do the HELP file to be included with the install. Using Borland C++ builder 3.0 with InstallShield Express.
GE destroyed ITT in a 1985 IRSTS flight test. Ours worked, theirs took data that was useless...Expand for more
due to the lack of compensation for ownaircraft movement in the ITT system. ITT had an inertial stabilization subsystem that did not work. Ours was way under a milli-radian in scan to scan variation(error) thanks to me and my algorithms (control and estimation). So we could track people walking in the snow and discern their movement versus stationary targets.
So the competition bought us out and shut us down since they had no chance of out performing us.
