Since my first days with LCC I've worked in Upper West Side, two projects in the Bronx, one of them earning "LEEDS Gold" a fete next to none. LEEDS Gold is a rating not many Residential Building in the USA csn enjoy. I've now settled on our next project at the foot of the "Edward Koch Bridge" formerly known as the "Queensboro Bridge" or the "59th Street Bridge" on the Queens Side. This will be a 23 story 420 Unit Apartment Building with a bunch of amenities for it's tenants. Recently we hosted our second family wedding. This was for Maureen our youngest daughter, this past October. The largest family wedding thusfar. One of the best I ever attended although an Irish wedding on St. Patrick's Day is very, very, very close. So far our family has been blessed and I thank God everyday.
