Graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM)in 1999 with a B.S. in Education - Community Education(non-teaching)
I finally finished raising my three kids. Now its back to college for my Teaching certification in Special Education.
Finished my certification classes in 2008. Test time for license.
During the month of November 2009 I became certified as a 1-2 bed Adult Family Home/Disabled Adult Family...Expand for more
Home Provider. I have opened my home to people with disabilities who need assistance with their daily living skills -- I am their new family/mother. It can be a lot of work involved.
Now I will proceed with opening my year round 24hr daycare specializing in care for kids with disabilities. Don't know if I should become non-profit or remain as a for-profit entity. What do you think? I will be back with more updates.
