4th Annual Crossland Alumni Summer Splash: 1966 - 1973 Who: Alumni from the classes of 1966 thru 1973 What: Pool and picnic party Date: Sunday, August 26th 2007 Time: 1pm to 7pm Place: Temple Hills Swim Club Come pool or picnic! We’ll have a private grassy area near the pool. Bring a beach blanket. Tables and chairs will be provided. We’ll have a 50/50, a live auction for Redskin memorabilia and perhaps a silent auction for a weekend at the beach. Music will be provided from that long ago era. Come and enjoy the camaraderie with your fellow classmates. Don’t miss out on this wonderful opportunity to share your memories and meet old friends. Pool entrance fee is $5.00, payable at the gate. Please bring your favorite specialty as a side dish. We, the committee, are providing everything else! We’ve got the grills and the cooks! Plenty of burgers, sausages, beer, sodas and bottled water. No rain date: If on August 26th we are experiencing a downpour with thunder and lightning, the pool picnic will be canceled. This is because the pool closes whenever there is thunder and lightning.
