We need to fulfull our committment to the hotel for rooms by July 8 to get the secured rate of $85 per night, otherwise the cost will be $150. The other facilities will have to be paid for on a shared attendance basis if this committment is not honored. The publication of the booklet is on hold; there are tentative plans to do a publication next year called - "Will You Know Me When I Am 64". Date and cost will be announced at a later time.
