The City made a parade impossible. There will be no advance (10am) pictures. Instead, the entire event has been transformed into a Block Party (much better to have things centrally located) at the Wilmington Christian School, 24910 South Avalon Boulevard, Wilmington, CA 90744 (Northeast corner of Avalon and Lomita).
