Yes it is true, the Saint Hyacinth Banana Festival is still going. This year's Banana Festival will be held on Saturday Oct. 3 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Sunday Oct. 4 from Noon to 6:00 PM. Help support our historic parish and join us for a chance to see old friends, games, raffles, dinners, music and rummage sale. There will also be tours of our church.
