An All Class Assumption Abbey Prep School reunion is planned for Bismarck Sept. 9-11. Friday there will be a general gathering at the Bismarck Hotel and Convention Center (former Ramkota.) The hotel phone number is (701) 258-7700. Finger food will provided Friday evening after 5:30. Saturday events start in Richardton with Mass and a lunch. At last count there were only 12 more reservations available for the lunch. Saturday evening we will gather for a banquet at the Bismarck Hotel and Convention Center. Sunday there will be a Mass, followed by a tour of the new St. Mary's High School. Several individual classes are also planning Sunday gatherings. Classmates planning such events are asked to plan for these to be announced at the Saturday evening banquet. Registrations now exceed 120 including many who are bringing a spouse or friend. There are registrants from virtually every class from the 1960s. There are several registrants from the 1950s! The registration form indicates there is a Aug. 1 deadline for registration. The deadline was set was ideal for planning purposes, but organizers what as many as possible to attend. If you plan to attend, please register ASAP so that there can be an accurate head count for Saturday's dinner. Any funds left over will be donated to the Abbey.
