OUT of STATE members and any voting member can be elected at the "Special Meeting" on 06/06/13. The election of directors will be by a "PLURALITY" of votes cast by ballot, meaning that up to the top twenty (20) members who receive the highest number of affirmative votes cast will be elected to the Board. Only "ONE" vote per member. Either use the 1 vote to vote 4 yourself or use the 1 vote to vote 4 another member.
