ATTENTION ALL BUHS GRADUATES from 1961-1970 (or some time close to these dates). It seems it is time to hold a Multi-Class Reunion. I’ve been approached to put together this Reunion with representatives from each class. And, I have accepted to take on this event. Time is quickly passing by and we are all getting older than we may want to admit. Classmates are those special friends we have such fond memories of. So, before the train of life drops us off one by one, let’s all plan to gather in our beautiful home town of Bishop in September 2024. Exact date isn’t finalized yet but 9/13-15/2024 is looking promising. So pencil in the event now! I’m just crazy enough to take on this event! However, I’m totally excited to make sure this is a Reunion to remember. And yes, I will be planning to do it every year thereafter if all goes well. This is not about me. It’s about you and your spouse, and your classmates who will be attending. That’s what makes any Reunion awesome. Yes, it will be a 3-day event. Beginning Friday afternoon in Bishop Park next to Foster Freeze. Saturday with golfing in the morning, meet-ups for breakfast, possibly a high school tour, and lunch and lots of reminiscing at Laws Museum. Followed with a catered dinner that evening. Sunday will be a farewell breakfast. No worries, I’ll be working out the details with the committee of class representatives. It will be casual all 3 days. The Reunion will be all about each of you reconnecting with your classmates and friends. I’m sure I’ll throw in a surprise or two. BUHS has a number of outstanding alumni!
