I am attempting to plan a weekend bash. The objective of this email is to capture as many alumni as possible. The entire weekend is not set in stone as far as exactly where everything will be held. The idea is to have a inital coctail reception/beer bash...a day of golf or outside activities on Saturday, and then a party/dinner on Saturday night. A afternoon wrap up will be scheduled for Sunday, if anybody is still standing up right!!
