As promised, your Reunion Committee has planned a fun evening for our 45-year class reunion on Saturday, September 17, 2022. We hope you can join us! With COVID still around, we recognize that some people aren’t ready to gather in a closed indoor space with dozens of others. We worked hard to find a venue that included both indoor and outdoor spaces with plenty of ventilation. We found it at Helming’s Party Place in Brimfield/Kent. Helming’s is on Sunnybrook Road, near the Tallmadge Road exit on I-76. The address for parking is: 4378 Mogadore Rd., Kent, OH 44240. Program that address into your GPS and you’re good to go. We’ll have a golf cart shuttle available. We’ll begin with a Cocktail Hour (appetizers provided) at 4 pm, followed by dinner at 6 pm. For just $35, you’ll get great music, appetizers, dinner, soft drinks, dessert and a fun casual atmosphere to visit with your classmates. There will be a cash bar (cash required, no credit or debit cards). Please mail a check for $35.00 per person by August 1, 2022, to the address provided below, to let us know you’ll be attending. To save on the cost, we will not be mailing invitations through USPS this year, just through Classmates.com, email and Facebook. If you see classmates, be sure to share news about the reunion with them. We don’t want anyone to miss out because their current email address isn’t in our database. I will periodically be checking back on this Classmates account to answer any of your questions.
