Pre gathering: Friday August 27th 6PM! The Elma Eagle's Club 404 W Main St, Elma, WA No Host Bar! A gathering for those who may want to kick back and let loose a little bit and get the memories going prior to Saturday's big get together. Main Event : The Saturday night gathering will be at the Eagles Club. Cost will be $35.00 per person! Happy Hour 5PM with no host bar! Dinner 6PM Surf and Turf which will be Prime Rib and Prawns or a combination of whatever you may like. Dress attire: Is whatever you feel comfortable in. The deadline August 1st for payment. Please make checks payable to Diana Sanders (360-470-4202). Free RV parking will be provided by Ken and Marilyn at Web Foot Flats. Call 360-470-0344 for details. Sunday wine down: Drake's Web Foot Flats 16 Vestal Ln, McCleary, WA 12PM Ken and Marilyn will be graciously providing the BBQ meat. Please Bring a side dish, dessert or salad. BYOB!
